Renovation of an existing Clubhouse. Enhancements include an expanded and reconfigured kitchen with new equipment, dining area update with sound attenuation, installation of new exterior foldable glass walls and operable aluminum awnings with motorized shade. Project also included construction of a new tennis pro-shop with support facilities.
