Insurance Requirements

• Must be Job Specific

• All COI’s must have endorsements and waiver of subrogation attached to meet compliance

• Must have AMC and Project Owner listed as additional insured

• Additional Insured for General Liability, Auto, and Umbrella

• Waiver of Subrogation for General Liability, Auto, and Worker Compensation

• Excess Liability or Umbrella Liability or Both

• Excess Liability or Umbrella Liability must follow form and extend coverage over GL, Auto, and WC policies

• If Excess Liability only please provide endorsement or full policy

• General Liability - $1,000,000.00

• General Aggregate - $2,000,000.00

• Auto - $1,000,000.00

• Umbrella - $1,000,000.00

• Workers Compensation - $1,000,000.00
