Sound Brewing Co., a new microbrewery on Bridge Road in Hobe Sound, is the latest addition to Martin County’s growing craft beer scene. Located just over a mile from the beach, this new brewery blends nostalgic Old Florida charm with a laid-back, Florida Keys-inspired atmosphere.

Founded by Reinhard “Reiny” Knieriemen, a seasoned brewer with years of experience in Palm Beach County, Sound Brewing Co. is the realization of his dream to bring his own unique touch to the craft beer scene. With a background in brewing and a passion for his craft, Knieriemen is committed to creating a space where locals can gather and enjoy the fruits of his labor.

The brewery occupies a 3,000-square-foot space that is designed to embrace the natural beauty of its surroundings, the brewery features a significant amount of windows, making it feel open and airy. One of its standout features is a glass garage door at the back of the building, which can be opened on pleasant days to bring the outdoors inside. The space is designed to be light, bright, and inviting.
